Illuna's mutate ability is like Cascade, but even better
If a spell with rebound that you cast from your hand doesn't resolve for any reason, including being countered, that spell won't resolve and none of its effects will happen, including rebound

But being able to come down on turn two followed by Liliana on turn three providing graveyard fodder forever compliments each other very well
Building your board presence by having each of your rogues enter with a +1/+1 counter is a very nice way to add some pressure to your opponent
