There is a legacy client called Pokmon TCG Online thats more than a decade old, and the newer Pokmon TCG Live that was released stateside as part of an ongoing beta in March 2022

If a Topsun card has identical corners to a Pokemon TCG card, its probably fake
It had a similar issue to Up the Beanstalk where cantripping on ETB made it safe to play in most scenarios, and this one even spotted you extra power and toughness the turn you played it
Theyve since shown up sporadically in sets, but often included in bonus sheets, particularly for Remastered sets (like Ravnica Remastered ) and Universes Beyond sets (like Fallout )
