In players minds, Modern Horizons is synonymous with powerful, and therefore the Commander precons should be sufficiently stronger than the typical offerings

I think this card will come down a bit now that its seeing less play, but the retail price may never go too far below $10
White gives you all kinds of evasion and cheap removal like Path to Exile, while blue gets you bounce effects like Snap and more cheap removal in the form of Pongify
