You choose both targets for this spell as you cast it, but you choose which creatures and/or Vehicles to put counters on as it resolves
In the right build, I think this card could do some serious work
Frantic Search (T1, Ext, S) Frantic Search works fabulously with any deck which has lands which tap for more than one mana, including High Tide and Tolarian Academy decks
However, if a Lion Umbra you control is attached to a creature you don't control and that creature has no Auras controlled by that creature's controller attached to it, no Equipment attached to it, and no counters on it, Lion Umbra will be put into its owner's graveyard due to being attached to an illegal object the next time state-based actions are performed
Each preconstructed deck is ready-to-play right out of the box and comes with a Collector Booster Sample pack containing 2 special alt-frame cards, including 1 Rare or Mythic Rare card
It can shut down any of your opponents spells that let them take bonus turns, locking them out of any sort of combo shenanigans they might have up their sleeves
