This means its printed on thicker card stock, and not for tournament play
The ability to counter two spells just shuts down any deck not heavily based on winning with creatures (which includes many combo decks as well as control however getting this into play and active before a combo deck kills you can be a challenge)
It plays a lot of the same creatures seen in the Cryptolith Rite decks that play Collected Company, but this uses Eerie Interlude to accomplish some of the goals of Collected Company while allowing for a little more flexibility in the rest of the deck, and especially in sideboarding
A transforming double-faced card enters the battlefield with its front face up by default, unless a spell or ability instructs you to put it onto the battlefield transformed or allows you to cast it transformed, in which case it enters with its back face up
Hector Javier Rosas Out of all of those abilities, I do really like how Sigarda, Herons Grace gives you hexproof and doesnt allow Emrakul, the Promised End to Mindslaver you, but overall I believe there are better options at the five-drop slot currently in Standard
