Java Kayumas is produced by members of the Koperasi Surya Abada Kayumas cooperative, a group of smallholder farmers from the neighbouring villages of Curah Tatal and Kayumas. Each farmer tends small plots of land, growing coffee under shade trees on rich volcanic soils at elevations between
