Couple that with a giga-anthem for inevitability, or at least extra value in the late game, and I could see slipping a few extra high-toughness creatures in my deck to maximize this cards potential

While this is a great inclusion in a Tom Bombadil deck, the fact that it only sees play in a small subset of Commander decks makes it hard to put it any higher on the list

Therefore cards like Kokusho, the Evening Star, and Child of Alara might become more powerful than they originally were in Commander
