Borrowed Grace essentially allows you to give your creatures +2/+2 for 5 total mana if you pay the escalate cost for the second mode, but there are tons of cards that do that for cheaper
If you were already playing an artifact heavy reanimator deck in these colors, Jan Jansen, Chaos Crafter is also right at home in those builds too, but Ill be honest, I have yet to see a deck like the one this card enables
