You need a relatively creature-light deck that can keep up with an opponent's spells enough that you won't just die tapping out to cast the Summonings

Its a very strong card, but Azorius has access to a lot of very strong cards these days.

There are also gift boxes with extra boosters, foil cards and oversized cards
