Prosper, Tome-Bound requires considerably more setup to use optimally, but if your deck is already playing a lot of cards that let you play cards from exile, the value it generates from its Treasure tokens can be absolutely silly
The card has some substantial weight to it and is double-sealed in the PSA holder with a soft plastic sleeve compressed into their hard plastic grading holder
However, it is a little trickier to use given the more complex transactions available, therefore requiring a more discerning buyer
