Sally Ride NASA Signed Photograph - 1st US woman in space Batum stamps A unique pieceOfficial signed colour 8 x 10 inch NASA photo of Sally Ride (1951 2012) the first US woman in space and third overall. Ride is pictured in her NASA uniform with an STS 7 patch on her shirt. The 1983 STS 7 Challenger mission was NASAs 11th space shuttle sortie and Rides first. She returned to space the following year on STS 41 G. Ride has signed beautifully in black felt tip: "Sally K Ride." In very good condition. A superb piece from a US space
