I believe this stanchion will sit at a slight inward angle as the very base is angled. Stands 24 1 2" total height. 1" diameter. Lifeline holes are 5 16" diameter x 11 3 4" width apart. Will not come with the lead block shown in photo this is just to show you how they looked when installed on the boat.
