To add on that, I would suggest to people to evaluate the seriousness of the issue by just doing a break (1-6 months), and if you can manage a break then you are in control and nothing to really worry about
Always consider if it is truly correct to attack a rested large character with the leader, then use the leader effect to become active and attack the large character again (basically, you are losing out)
