BPhillipYork: Well additional lands are nice but for Commander I never really like "do a bunch of things in one turn" unless it wins the game
The other parts you need are simply a zero-cost sacrifice outlet and some effect that can place a +1/+1 counter on creatures as they enter the battlefield: Grumgully, Path of Discovery, Juniper Order Ranger, or Rhythm of the Wild for example
This means these legendary creatures cant be your commander : Emrakul, The Aeons Torn Erayo, Soratami Ascendant Golos, Tireless Pilgrim Griselbrand Iona, Shield Of Emeria Leovold, Emissary Of Trest Lutri, The Spellchaster Nadu, Winged Wisdom Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary You also cant play any card with a silver border or acorn stamp as your commander
That said, however, even the cheapest variant of Fezandipiti ex is currently selling for around $11 , so its obviously sought after for its in-game utility and not just for card collectors
