使用的葡萄大部分都來自種植於1904年的葡萄園「Les Proies」。種植著已超過百年，香檳區最老的白皮諾葡萄。土壤以Kimmeridgian為主。仍舊維持百年前每公頃超過一萬株的高密度種植(與布根地頗為相似)。1996年起取得Ampelos認證。

清新的白桃、柑橘、檸檬與葡萄柚香氣撲鼻而來。口感清爽，酸度適中宜人，是一款非常適合作為開胃酒的香檳。
