I adore Wheels as my final section of card draw where you and everyone else dumps their hand getting mass triggers of Megrims and then refills and then gets more stuff for more discards and more triggers
If I recall correctly, this began in the core set with Garruk, Primal Hunter with a rough five-cost with triple Green, but then +1 to make a 3/3 Beast that's Green or -3 once to draw
And not only does it serve as a sac outlet, but the large printed power and cost are useful with Greater Good and similar effects that care about those properties
