This is a great value card that works well in black or Dimir steal decks, but I think is better as an on-curve four-drop than as your actual commander
The three-mana Blitz copy doesn't seem worth it, despite the card draw attached, and the four-mana cost to then wait a turn to start copying feels like the game will be over by the time you get to start abusing things
