Rare date struck at the Culiacan Mint (mint mark Cn), assayer M. Certified by PCGS to UNC Detail Cleaned (not distracting). PCGS and NGC have only one example each with MS designation. Conditionally rare! Lightly toned with underlying luster, very appealing in hand. Only 91,000 coins released, many destroyed melted.
