ITALIA Vespa Rear Shock Absorber Mounting Kit PX, T5 The Rear Shock absorber extension nut is fitted before anything else on any pre 2011 shock absorbers including aftermarket shock absorbers. Both the male and female ends of the extension nut are 9mm. This item is now an aftermarket part. The Rear Damper Rubber (Silent Block) is fitted to the top of the Rear Shock Absorber. This item stops the Shock Absorber from hitting the top of the frame
