For 3 mana and 2 life you get to scry 2 and then draw 2

You may cast a spell with mana value X or less from among cards revealed this way without paying its mana cost

Each opponent may search their library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield

Put this in a deck with cards like Drannith Magistrate, Voice of Victory, or Delney, Streetwise Lookout, and you can just let the deck play itself

Again, this has been reprinted over and over again since its debut, though Jim Nelson's original art has seemingly been supplanted by Julian rendition, which first appeared in 2022's Dominaria United
