Like Dragias, it can make multiple attacks, but it requires another high-Level Dragon to be sent from the hand to the Graveyard and also reduces the ATK of two Level 7 or higher monsters by 1500
This is a nice finisher for this deck, assuming you can keep up with land drops, but its also a card that deals quite a lot of damage when you play it early

My games swung nicely between building up cards before sending some at my opponent and using others to tick up my lore - or doubling down on one or the other as needed
We don't have a lot of White removal for 'walkers, so this is pretty important and I suspect it'll make an impact
Black Bolt still has plenty of cards worth chasing beyond the toppriced highlights especially for collectors who prize atmospheric art and strong Unova lore
