I can lead with a Faithless Looting and discard two Bloodghasts and then I can put a fetch land into play to trigger the vampire spirits to come back

While theres a bit of a stigma against combos in Commander, thats really up to the discretion of the players to hammer that out, and everythings fair game in Constructed
