This is a malt spirit, matured for two years (so not quite old enough to be called whisky just yet) in an STR red wine cask. Despite its relatively short stay in the cask, this one has taken on a veritable wealth of flavour! The label references the distillery's location in the picturesque Derwent Valley in Derbyshire. Bit
