In 1975, she migrated to Australia, working as a journeywoman for five months with John Edye at Sturt Pottery before moving to Tasmania the following year and setting up a workshop at Lower Wattle Grove. There she specialised in raw glazed stoneware and porcelain and by the time of her entry in the 1981
