UKB works exceptioanally well over UMB Urethane Metallic Basecoats. UKB allows for an easily applied kandy appearance with exceptionally clarity and brilliance after clearcoat is applied. NOTE: In order to achieve the deep Kandy effect, Kandy must be applied over a metallic
