This ability in itself puts Arcades head and shoulders above any other wall-tribal commander, as an Arcades player will never run out of cards to play, as each wall replaces itself in its owner's hand as soon as it's cast.
I know you all love the feeling of throwing that heal instant card on top of a lightning bolt for the win, but trust me, it rarely happens like that and you're more likely to have that 5 mana cost healing spell in your opening hand or even mid game where it might as well read "gain 5 life, end the turn and lose control of the game"
Ulvenwald Hydra is great in any deck relying on Land totals and searching for any land, because its Power and Toughness are tied to how many Lands you control and it Rampant Growths when it enters
The downside is you often have to pick what you want to clone when you cast your spell
