For optimal growth, loosen the soil to a depth of 20cm and work in compost. The soil should also be well draining so add sand if necessary. The corms should be at a depth of 5cm and they should be given 7cm spacing in order to grow. They are pot friendly and the soil should be kept moist water well in winter. We also suggest planting them in a rock garden. The corms must be planted in autumn and the plants
