Uniqlo's Heat Tech range is a great example of this
- Sleeveless flared maxi dress in fringe jacquard
My favorite styling formula: Hair: sleek bun or soft waves, plus one cute detail (like a silky bow) for a girly pop moment Shoes: simple heels in black or a metallic tone Jewelry: one statement piece only (either earrings or a bracelet, not both) Bag: small clutch so the dress stays the main character That little bow moment is honestly underrated
From long-sleeved and off-the-shoulder maxis to spaghetti strap, slitted column gowns, hot girl summer/turned fall halter styles to a selection of cherry, emerald, and ochre options that scream fall without even a hint of pumpkin spice basicness these dresses have it all and we havent stopped stalking them since they hit the site this morning
This includes jewelry, shoes, and other accessories
Not all teachers have this sort of parent community, though, and I think expectations for teachers to create this sort of support and involvement from classroom parents is some deep BS
