These certainly can work in tandem with other effects, but won't address an artifact that is in play
For me: 1) Link 2) Xyz 3) Ritual 4) Synchro 5) Fusion 6) Pendulum Link Monsters and Summoning takes it for me
It is an excellent starter, but it has some quirks, such as requiring a [Vampire] for cost and not supporting Special Summoning
