Called the Classic expression, it was matured in bourbon and virgin oak casks as well as red wine seasoned STR (shaved, toasted and recharred) casks. There's a wonderful balance of hallmark honey notes alongside malt sweetness and rich chocolate. We can't wait to see what else is to come from the team in Israel!
