In the early parts of last Standard I was really impressed with using Inscription of Ruin to just run people down with Mind Rots

They are a Relentless Assault variant that cost one more mana and are a bit easier to cast with the hybrid

Outside of mono-colored decks, this can throw a giant wrench in a gameplan

Seems like an incredibly fun commander and can get even better with keywords like lifelink or infect

I think this pairs best with partner commanders that either add card advantage (Tymna the Weaver) or access to colors with ramp (Jeska, Thrice Reborn or Reyhan, Last of the Abzan)
