Slow & Steady Workshop @ Ballston Quarter - 7pm on April 30th Bright Indirect They enjoy being pot-bound andJoin us at Rewild Ballston Quarter for a 30 minute slow flow yoga session & 30 minute tutorial on our favorite slow & steady growers snake plants! Participants will be guided through the slow flow & then explore the wonders of the popular slow growing houseplant. Participants will leave with a 4" snake plant & an appreciation for the here & now. Attendees should bring their own yoga mat.
