It is their first whisky made without peat, allowing the natural flavours of the grain to shine through. The spirit is crafted using Chevallier barley, a traditional variety known for producing lower yields but delivering rich, distinctive flavour. Because no peat is used, and the whisky is matured in relatively neutral oak (which adds minimal cask influence), the character of the barley
