A green artifact for six mana, rather than having one's lands produce mana the traditional way, Bootleggers' Stash allows its controller's lands to be tapped in order to produce Treasure tokens
A 2/2 for three mana is already a sub-par rate, and receiving a single Blood token for your efforts is not much of a payoff
