I cant see this helming any sort of fair blue deck, and you should know that Aphetto Alchemist is the make-or-break combo piece for this Commander

All it does is give the equipper +1/-1 , and if it dies with Skullclamp on, you draw 2 cards
Pokemon Card Strategy: So as far as strategy goes, since Marshtomp is a stage 1 Pokemon card, you'll first have to get Mudkip into play (I reviewed Mudkip from this set yesterday) and then evolve Mudkip into Marshtomp
