That's quite the combination of cards, even if you're talking about 9 mana and then some for the whole package without affecting the board in the meantime
I do think a lot of these cards need haste because you only have a single opportunity to swing with them and then they are gone, but maybe that final trigger is more than enough

I might be able to see this perspective if the only counterfeiting problem involved dual lands, Power Nine cards, and other absurdly expensive, unreprintable Reserved List cards, but the demand for counterfeit Standard cards, $15 Commander cards, and Pauper staples works against the argument that the fake card problem is just about $600 Underground Seas and $2,500 The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vales
I usually put Phyrexian Reclamation in my decks over Tortured Existence, but Tortured Existence does some good work in this deck by being a discard outlet and being quite cheap to activate
